How do I track my order status?

Chat with Husky! He can take you to your order status page. During check out, if you had selected tracked mailing, a tracking number would have been sent to you to track your order. However, if you opted for standard local mailing, it would usually take 3 to 4 working days to reach you since the dispatch email was sent.

What shipping options do Pets Lab offer?

We offer standard mailing and tracked mailing. Local shipping usually takes 3 to 4 working days to reach you. We will be delivering your package through Singpost & Ninjavan.

How long will the shipping take place?

The shipping would take around 3-4 working days*. However please note we can also expect a slight delay during weekends and public holidays.
