How do I place my order?

Add the items your furry friends want into the cart. Open your cart at the top right hand side 🛒, and  click "View Cart". This will take you to your checkout page. At the bottom right, click "Checkout" to proceed to payment.

What are the payment methods available?

We accept payment via Visa, MasterCard and PayPal.

How can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order within 12 hour of your purchase by contact Dr Husky or emailing our staff at petslabsingapore@gmail.com. However if it is beyond that period, it is possible that the parcel is on its way. You have to return the parcel in order to get a refund. Please note that the duration of your refund will be accordance to your payment method policy.

How can I redeem a discount code?

At checkout, when asked for your particulars, on the right panel you can apply your discount code onto your cart and view the price after discount on the same panel.

However, please take note of the discount code's terms & conditions as well as expiry date.
